Hailey’s love for travel and exploration began early in life. At sixteen, she had the opportunity to visit Israel, an experience that opened the door to a lifelong desire to see more of the world. The joy she finds in discovering something new, enjoying thoughtfully designed resorts, and savoring great food along the way is something she believes everyone deserves to experience.

She is married to Will, her greatest encourager, and together they have been blessed with three wonderful children — Alyssa, Audrianna, and Trey. Though she and Will both grew up in Central Ohio, Northern Kentucky has been home to their family for more than twenty-three years.
